At the literacy center, t he children were asked about their favorite color, then invited to draw with their favorite color marker pen. One child chose blue marker and blue paper. He drew the sun and the food for the dinosaur. He then got a green paper for the forest and drew the dinosaur. He took his picture and put it on the whiteboard using the magnets to hold it in place. Lots of fine motor development, decision making, conversation, story telling.
